Rack Row has been a game changer for our program. We can row heavy, using the same progressions & intensities as bench press for true push/pull balance. Fast efficient setup saves space & it works on any rack. Check it out at RackRow.com

If professional athletes need an off-season to rest, recover, and rebuild for the next year... So does your 15 year old.

I believe in training as a team. It’s where brotherhood is built. There is a dark place you have to go to in training that can only be achieved with your brothers you pushing you past your limits. Gold’s Gym with your headphones on just ain’t the same.

Musical Cones: 55 athletes, only 45 cones. If you don't cross the goal line with a cone in your hand, your eliminated Each round 5 guys get out until we're down to the final 3. Each round we throw in new COD directions. Heck of a lot more fun than traditional conditioning!

Want to teach a large group of athletes the clean? Separate the rack catch and the pull by combining high rack catches & clean pulls. Then watch them put it together no problem.

This is the most powerful tool in the weight room. Sure, a bunch of 45s on the bar look cool, but a 2.5 can change your life. Add it to the bar & you probably won’t notice. Do it once a month & you get 50lbs stronger this year. Consistent 1% improvement can change your life

When you skip team training for private training because you think it's "better" training, you're missing the point. We train as a team because we play as a team. When your hands in the dirt in the 4th quarter, you'd better know your brother's got your back.

French contrast training has gotten a lot of attention in the last few years & rightfully so. It’s a potent training stimulus that develops explosive power. But contrast training can be used in more than just circuits so it’s important for coaches to understand how & why it
