- If you’re a HS coach and you aren’t actively promoting your guys even AFTER your season ends you should be fired I don’t care how great of a teacher you are…they sacrificed their time, minds and bodies for you all season..HELP THEM GET TO COLLEGE..I said what I said
- High School Coaches….PLEASE PLEASE get someone on your staff to be your recruiting coordinator or college liaison and get your players to college… if it’s your job to “win games” with these kids it’s your job to get them to college if they have the ability.. just my 2 cents
- Please stop wearing pajamas pants and crocs to on campus visits official or unofficial ….pajama pants and crocs…get that out of the rotation when you’re going on any campus please…
- Stop telling YOUR student athletes that’s it’s not your job to get them to college…it’s absolutely part of your job or go find another one…you don’t deserve to be around student athletes

- You’re slept on? You wanna play college football oh so bad? Then why aren’t you considering D3 and NAIA programs who also have very good competitive football and great financial aid packages? Oh that doesn’t look good for social media huh… Good Luck
- I had a parent say to me on the phone “my son works too hard for a D2 offer”…1. the disrespect for division 2 football is outrageous to me.. #2 if your son is 5’4 125lbs don’t tell me he’s a D1 or bust kid.. that thought alone is ridiculous to me...STOP DISRESPECTING D2 Football

- But but I’m D1 How many times do you train outside of your regular HS practices? Zero How well do you eat and treat your body? Flaming Hot Cheetos for breakfast ain’t it Do you get up early and train? How early do you go to sleep to let your body recover? Exactly knock it off

- Don’t listen to a coach that tells you “if you can play they’ll find you”….College coaches might hit a fork in the road in route to “finding you” so it’s 100% ok to be active in your OWN recruiting… send those messages, follow those coaches…all you need is ONE to say yes
