I’m happy to report that I convinced him that was utter nonsense. He is not going to cancel his trip. However, seeing that the Canadian media has people believing it is not safe for Canadians in the US is shocking. And sad.

That is the reality. He was not basing his decision on reality. He was basing his decision on things people/media were telling him in Canada. At least he listened to reason when I explained reality which is that Americans love Canadians - we just feel sorry for them.

The longer this goes on without @realDonaldTrump stepping in, the more discouraged I become. Trump has personally and publicly thanked Laura for her contributions. Elon should not be suppressing her speech, her reach, or her income.

Yes, just like turning “Location Services” off on your phone stops the service that provides your location to other applications, but it does not stop the phone/Apple from acquiring your location. That is why your apps can instantly determine your location when you turn Location
