- Provost Searle announced tonight that Sonya Forte Duhé will not assume the position of Cronkite dean on July 1. An interim dean will be announced at a later date. The Cronkite School remains committed to being a diverse, equitable and inclusive school.

- Provost Searle announced Senior Associate Dean @kristingilger is moving into the role of interim dean, effective immediately. She joined @ASU in 2002 and has been instrumental in the transformation of Cronkite. The search continues for a permanent dean.
- Cronkite & the university are aware of concerns being expressed about incoming dean Sonya Duhé, and we take these concerns seriously. The university is looking into them and, as we await a resolution, we are recommitting ourselves to diversity & inclusiveness in everything we do.
