    Young Asst Coaches: The HC values loyalty over ANY other trait that u have! Once u r found to be disloyal..that label follows u the rest of your life. Eventually u'll need help with a career move..if u r loyal it's all good..if not..good luck to u..no help coming!!

    Young aspiring assistant coaches..u should be seen a LOT more than ur heard! It's IMPOSSIBLE to learn when ur always talking. The smartest thing I did as a young coach?? LISTEN!! and then respond when spoken to! HC's need ur loyalty..work ethic and effort...not always ur opinion.
