I just felt it didn't quite hit the masterpiece heights of the likes of Mario Galaxy and Odyssey, but it is about as far as Nintendo has been pushed regarding platformers.
Astro Bot is the best game I've played this year, though.

Astro Bot is particularly special for anyone with a place in their heart for PlayStation, but it's a fantastically inventive platformer in its own right.

I've watched Season 1 of The Last of Us and am very happy to report that it's fantastic.
A faithful adaptation that also adds excellent extra chapters to the story.
