Thank you @StanbicIBTC & @StandardBankZA. This has been an incredible 35-year journey that ends today, 10 June 2024. Every single day since 2 Feb 1989, I have been either the CEO, Chairman or a Bank Director. All good things must come to an end. I give God the glory at age 68 🙏🏽

IBB admitting, in 2025, that MKO Abiola won the June 12 Presidential elections in 1993, is as significant as him admitting that night follows the day. Are we supposed to clap because he told the truth after 3 decades? Am I missing something?

I served on the Economic Management Team of @GEJonathan for 4 years with @PeterObi. If PO had been on the wrong side of every economic policy argument I would not vote for him. We can no longer afford people who are not on top of their game. PO brings hope

Allowing legitimate exporters & importers to move their goods across the border should be a no-brainer. Why refuse everybody else & allow only one company (Dangote)? This is why some of us argue that the Nigerian economy is rigged in favour of a handful of well-connected persons

I have since learnt that Bua Group were also allowed to export goods through Nigeria's "closed" land borders. FG should please accept that what is good for the goose is also good for the gander. When will the FG consider small honest businesses that are not so well-connected?
