- Please stop asking small businesses to send you stuff for free? It isn’t the noble and amazing gesture you think it is. Get about five of these a week. If you want a book, pay for it, otherwise we won’t exist any more.
- I don't know who needs to hear this, but if you ever play YouTube videos in a classroom for example, and need to avoid the ads (as they are unpredictable), get the URL and put a hyphen between the T and the U in the word YouTube. The video will open full screen and wont have ads.

- Hello Twittersphere - without saying too much, on Monday there's going to be an opportunity from us for quite a few schools to get a large injection of books into their schools to help diversity their library offering. If you work in or are a school, I'd follow and keep peeled.
- Just had a DM telling me that as a children’s bookstore I should avoid being political. Mate, if you think a bookstore whose entire aim is to maximise the representation that marginalised groups have in literature throughout schools et al isn’t gonna be politics then think harder
