    This is so weird. I am going to vote for the guy that did not accept the election results and staged a coup, told us he won’t accept these election results, and wants to be a dictator, but let me give you a lecture on unity and civility. So weird.

    I believe that @realDonaldTrump will win in a decisive victory and potentially a landslide Electoral College outcome tomorrow. I could of course be totally wrong, but that helps elevate an important point. Approximately half the country will be unhappy about the election

    My son’s 3rd grade class is 40 kids. Yesterday there were only 18 kids that attended his zoom class. Think about this at a national scale. Think about how many kids do not have the support system at home and are being left behind. It is a national tragedy.

    I don’t get why people are hating on Branson going to space. Isn’t it kind of remarkable. Built a company, which built a rocket, and he was so confident in it that he was passenger one. What is there to hate?

    I am often reminded that people who are not part of the Silicon Valley ecosystem don’t appreciate the norms and rules by which it operates. The idea that a handshake deal is a deal, a term sheet is money in the bank, helping people around you with no expectation of anything in

    Just got off the phone with a founder who moved his cash from SVB to Big Bank yesterday. His thoughts: - Going back to SVB. I think it is now the safest bank in the U.S. - Experience with Big Bank was awful. They are terrible. - Want to support SVB. Will move back half of $.

    All VCs should move out of San Francisco. There is nothing going on here. It is just terrible. I will take one for the team and spend time with the few sad founders who did not get the memo.
