    Hi there, Please note that from 5 July 2021, Canada VACs will start Passport Submission Service in a phased manner. Customers who completed their 2-way courier process prior to lock-down will be contacted by VFS Global by e-mail.

    Dear Abdulgafar, we understand your concern; however, be aware that the timeline for processing an application and the final visa decision rest entirely with the respective embassies/consulates. VFS Global has no influence over this process.

    Hi Fareha, please note that VFS Global Visa Application Centres can open only when the concerned client government provides approval and directs it to do so. VFS Global does not decide on re-opening any Centre on its own.
