- St. Louis native Phillip Russell dropped in 35 points for a new single-game freshman scoring record in SEMO’s Division I era during Monday’s win at SIUE. Russell is only the second D-I freshman in the last 25 years to get 35+ points, 10+ rebounds and 5+ steals in a game.
- Redhawks are in the OVC Tournament with a 82-69 win over Murray State. SEMO sweeps Murray in a season for first time in 74 years.
