To each and every person who was willing us on, to all those who thought come on Sporting! Myself, the players and club would like to say thank you. I would personally like to now thank my players who basically achieved the impossible.

I leave @winfinchleyfc a better manager than when I arrived. I demanded from the players the same as I did from myself, which was to win or to learn and to have no excuses for achieving neither. I’d like to thank everyone associated with the club, especially the devoted fans.

It is with much regret that my time as First Team Manager of @SportingBengal has come to a close. The club and players have been a part of my life for the last three years, of which I am extremely proud. Often, we see in football managers being relieve of their duties, or being

2 weeks since our last fixture @SportingBengal resulting in our relegation from the ESL. There is no pleasure in football if you're not winning, but there is always gratitude! I am my experiences and despite this one being very difficult I am looking forward to next season...

Lads, as always you are brilliant! Has it not been amazing? Did we all enjoy ourselves? Every training session, every team selection, every win, every loss it was a pleasure! Let's hope that we @SportingBengal get to do it one more time! Lads, what do I tell you? Wecandothis!

    Replying to @SportingBengal @EssexSenior and 8 others
Thank you @EssexSenior, especially Lee & Michelle for creating this award. I am very proud to receive it! To my players and staff, the chairman and the board, I hope this makes you all smile because we did this together!

Congratulations to all the teams in the football pyramid who gained promotion this weekend. For those who were relegated I know how that feels! To get promotion in the way we did against all the odds was the highest of highs for me and was a bit of a fairytale in many ways.

Sunday is a day to reflect. We've @WinFinchleyFC had a solid start to the season despite 2 defeats. The progress of the group has been better than expected. We are ahead of schedule without playing to the level I want. We now focus on September and all the opportunity it brings.

That was mighty! From the warm-up to the final whistle it was a pleasure to watch the team produce such a polished performance!
FT: Woodford Town 2-3 Sporting Bengal Unbelievable character to come back against a very strong Woodford team! Incredible second half performance to win an important 3 points! Tanvir brace & Abz the goalscorers but this one had a squad full of warriors determined to win! Wow.

Two games in three days and we are on our way! Preseason was very good and we seem to have recruited well over the summer; adding some essential ingredients to the squad. Looking forward to the weekend against @StansfeldFC in the @EmiratesFACup: Mile End Stadium 3:00pm kick off.

After what seemed a very short preseason starting back in early June, we kick our season off away to the invincibles - @StanwayPegasus. So far things have gone well and we (@SportingBengal) look forward to what we believe could be a good season.
