- I leave @winfinchleyfc a better manager than when I arrived. I demanded from the players the same as I did from myself, which was to win or to learn and to have no excuses for achieving neither. I’d like to thank everyone associated with the club, especially the devoted fans.

- Congratulations to all the teams in the football pyramid who gained promotion this weekend. For those who were relegated I know how that feels! To get promotion in the way we did against all the odds was the highest of highs for me and was a bit of a fairytale in many ways.
- Sunday is a day to reflect. We've @WinFinchleyFC had a solid start to the season despite 2 defeats. The progress of the group has been better than expected. We are ahead of schedule without playing to the level I want. We now focus on September and all the opportunity it brings.

- Two games in three days and we are on our way! Preseason was very good and we seem to have recruited well over the summer; adding some essential ingredients to the squad. Looking forward to the weekend against @StansfeldFC in the @EmiratesFACup: Mile End Stadium 3:00pm kick off.
