    Someone I know was recently passed over for a design position because they were too young. The company reached out to them because of their killer work, and then turned around and rejected them because their process couldn’t support an entry-level designer. What a loss…

    I hit 30 a few days ago. My father passed away 12 years ago today. I hope I’m lucky enough to live another 29 yrs to be half the man he was.
