Tonight’s grim news is a master class on the catastrophic failure of the Obama/Biden signature foreign policy of cozying up to Iran. An Iranian proxy terror group had a high profile American hostage and yet they executed him because they know there will be no repercussions.

Daniel Penny did what every man should do: He stood up to protect women and children from a menacing person who threatened violence. That he's on trial to begin with is a farce. That the jury is deadlocked is an insult. He deserves nothing but our gratitude.

Fun with numbers: There are about 4.7 million registered voters in New York City. Mamdani got 432,305 votes. That’s 9.1 percent. That the organized Jewish community was stupid and useless up until now is one thing. But a Mamdani victory in Nov. is far from a foregone conclusion.
