3/ Lit Actions are immutable JavaScript, identified by IPFS CID. You submit code. Chipotle computes the CID, checks integrity, then runs it in the TEE with access to derived key material. You don’t have to upload to IPFS, though publishing helps anyone verify it

2/ Permissions live on-chain, on Base. Accounts, API key scopes, wallet registrations, group memberships: all smart contracts. You can manage them through the API, or send a transaction from an EOA or multisig. Your auth model isn’t just a row in a database anymore.
