🇦🇷Argentina’s Resolution 893/2025 modernizes the "Customer Defender" figure: it allows independent, panel-based bodies, selection by random draw from an approved roster, fully online ODR, and decisions that become binding if the consumer accepts. This opens the door for Kleros
