Noah Donohoe Inquest
On behalf of Fiona Donohoe, we confirm that the Senior Coroner will no longer preside over Noah’s Inquest proceedings.
Arrangements are being made for the Inquest and all future pre-inquest hearings to be heard before a new Coroner.
We have sent preaction correspondence to the BBC on behalf of our client Professor Colin Harvey, following the defamatory (now deleted) comments made by @stephennolan during the broadcast of his program yesterday morning.
The assertions made were false and grossly defamatory.

It is believed that a member of the public has photographic evidence showing Noah’s alleged attacker.
We appeal to the person who has the photograph on their phone to bring the phone to police.
The phone is the key evidential exhibit, moreso than the photo.
