- So Newcastle, with no centre-backs, 4 full-backs, a 75 year old Matt Ritchie - who was never great anyway - plus another youth prospect full-back in midfield and not a single centre forward in the starting XI have beaten Man Utd 3-0 at Old Trafford
- I’m not saying Gerrard wasn’t amazing but almost all of these passes were power smashed at a height that meant his teammate had no choice other than to head the ball and basically lose possession. They look good, sure, but the receiver is goosed 🐸

- Spent ages watching Fabio Vieira to work out if he’s good and what sort of player he is. He’s very fun to watch
