- I am a former flight attendant and I agree that the only setback for PAL are the delays. PAL's inflight service is good as compared to many. I've ridden other airlines and iba pa rin pag may pinoy na FA like Emirates. Because of our airport kaya nasa last ang PAL but the serviceEleventh place, per SKYTRAX.
