- Just got "permanently banned" on COD Live on stream. Only thing I could think of is that I just purchased the "Tracer Pack: Witchcraft" bundle which has some sort of glitch in the game right now. Hoping this can be handled because I certainly do not deserve this ban. @ATVIAssist
