    We have had 20mph and 17mph as our standards for a few years now. 20mph for male athletes and 17 for female athletes. Now using 16mph to 23mph. Time for a new 20mph sign! 1 time = sign the mph 3 times = mph wristband πŸ‘Š Twitterless Coach Solesbee for the vid

    On the road, lifting on game day for TCU ⚾️. I can’t decide what’s more important for high school athletes/coaches...the fact they lift on game day, or the fact they train with some heavy weight....either way, kids/coaches take note!!! Thanks @ZachDechant for posting

    In HS S&C, there will always be athletes that train w/ private coaches. That’s not the issue. The issue is as S&C coaches we can’t manage volume/workload if we don’t know what’s happening. This is the email you want to receive! This puts the athlete☝🏼! πŸ‘πŸΌto this private coach!

    Key advice for young S&C coaches: it will be there when you get back! Until 6 yrs ago I didn’t have a hobby. I was consumed with work. Hobbies now: wood work, photography, fly fishing, and traveling with the fam! Take time so you give your best πŸ’―. More to life than S&C
