Got this text out of the blue 3 years ago. Hopped on the phone a couple days later and talked for an hour about getting into sports media because he thought his basketball career was winding down. Three years later he's about to start in the NBA Finals. What a world.

3rd-best SEC team is gonna play another SEC team for a national title on same field where UCF clinched 13-0 season by beating 2nd-best SEC team (who beat those other 2 SEC teams). Thank God the 4-team playoff has brought undisputed clarity to what used to be a complicated mess!

Duke University has implemented a suspension that "applies to all athletic competitions and practices for the health and safety of all who are essential to these activities.” So you can see where this is headed. We’re not going to play an NCAA Tournament next week without Duke.
