I went to open the Marva chest item, and realized it seemingly vanished from my hoard.....and after a goose chase, I figured out that for some reason it seemed to open automatically because I eventually found the item that would have been in there in my hoard. Was it *supposed* to do that?
Edit: I even double checked the announcement, whicn updated to imply you're still supposed to need to open it. I did NOT open mine so I have no idea how it opened on its own???

You are correct, it should not open automatically.
I don't see any other reports of this in the Bug Report forums, so it is possible that you opened it on accident and either didn't notice or forgot. Happens to the best of us. If you're certain this was an error though you can report it there.
