important
1.we strongly recommend that you file your international application through ehague.
2.if you are not using ehague, please submit the present form directly to the international bureau via contact hague.
3.the international application may contain several industrial designs (but may not exceed 100).however, all the industrial designs and/or products in relation to which such designs are to be used must belong to the same class of the international (locarno) classification.the list of classes and subclasses of the locarno classification, together with explanatory notes, is available on the wipo website.refer also to footnote 2 in item 6.
4.where an item of this form is mandatory, it is indicated in parentheses next to its title ¡°(mandatory)¡±.where an item is mandatory following a certain designation, it is indicated in a footnote at the end of the item.
5.the application must be typed.
6.photographs and other graphic representations of the industrial designs should be pasted or printed directly onto a separate sheet of a4 paper, white and opaque (in compliance with instructions in the guide).
7.security clearance is required by the laws of the russian federation and the united states of america.it is a requirement under the law of the russian federation that designs created in the russian federation by russian legal entities or nationals are subject to a security clearance procedu
