It’s been about 5 years since I shut my Xena site xenacentral.net down in February 2020! I had the site for something like 16 years, I think, in one form of another. I love the series as much as ever, and still follow Lucy Lawless’s career so whenever I see her in something new, I get the urge to watch some Xena again, and when I do that I want the site to exist. I needed to take a break, but now I’m feeling again like I can do a site after having had the temp gallery up for about a year but it not taking too much out of me, and it getting lots of traffic! So here we are, in nearly the same domain but a .com instead – so https://www.xenacentral.com is the new domain name!

So like I posted a while back on my main site So Obsessed, I found a great quality version of Xena: Warrior Princess and just can’t resist making caps! These are from an AI regraded, upconverted DVD->HD source. Without a true HD conversion made from the original film, I think this version is the best Xena is ever going to look, and it does look great! Much better than any of the DVDs I own.

The caps are aprox. 1440×1080 and I’m working my way through each season. I’m not sure whether there are Xena fansite around anymore – the ones I visited have disappeard and/or I’ve lost the URLs. And ’cause I’m not sure whether there’s enough quality Xena screencaps still around, or whether the sites that do have caps, have them from all the eps.

So ALL the Xena caps are new, from this AI Regraded HD source! All the photos and some of the HTLJ caps I will upload, are the ones that were up on the old site, but I’m also re-capping some of the HTLJ episodes with better specs. I’ll try to remember to say which ones are new whenever I upload new screencaps!

I’m so embarrassed! 🤦‍♀️😬 I switched out the Coppermine theme in another gallery about a month ago. And I somehow managed to get confused where I was logged in & uploaded the new Star Trek: Voyager theme here as well as the ST gallery! And not notice until now️. Anyway, the right theme is back again! (I hope….)
