Pushback for chanelling spells

Hey guys, I played priest and warlock, and I have a question now. Why Mind Flay, Penance or even Drain Life are not delayed by melee attacks? It is weird for me. I wasnt in game for a while, and if you would give me links, or smth, I will be really thanksful ^^

When's the last time you played?
I'm pretty sure that spell pushback was eliminated (or virtually eliminated) in Cata or Wrath.
