Block 10

We provided the structural concrete for Block 10, a signature mixed-use development by Holland Partner Group in downtown Vancouver. The project features two four-story towers above a two-story shared parking garage, with one tower offering 79,000 sf of office space and the other 110 apartment units, including 20% affordable workforce housing. Ground-floor retail adds 10,000 sf of active space to the urban core.
