Pinnacles Prep Charter School students and NCWLIFE/The Wenatchee World interns Colson Lemons, 13, Britta Peaslee, 13, Philip Millheisler, 14, and Connie Roark, 14, went on a photojournalism assignment for spring blooms with Wenatchee World photo editor Jacob Ford Wednesday in Wenatchee. Students learned about camera operations for both still and video cameras. They also got critique and field training for composition and visual variety. Finally, the students went through the culling of images they took to find the best images for The Wenatchee World newspaper.
