We’re thrilled to spotlight this incredible post–Hurricane Ian restoration! The Creciente Condominiums project in Fort Myers Beach comprised three high‑rise buildings and included rebuilding ground‑floor units, common areas, and amenities—plus the addition of a brand‑new pool equipment building.
