Every nib is designed and crafted entirely by the Visconti team, ensuring complete control over its quality.

This achievement makes Visconti fully independent in production, allowing us to offer a unique writing experience where every stroke tells a story of craftsmanship and passion. 

Paying tribute to our heritage, Visconti nibs are named after two great Florentine artists: Giotto (18-karat gold) and Giottino (14-karat gold). Like the works of these masters, our nibs are masterpieces of precision and beauty.

Behind each nib lies a journey of dedication and expertise: eighteen processing stages, hours of patient craftsmanship, and the keen eye of our Nib Master, who perfects every detail, nib by nib. Each individual Giotto or Giottino is a unique work of art, tested and hand-finished to offer an impeccable writing experience, ensuring that every stroke carries the excellence and tradition of Made in Italy.
