Both are better and have same weightage in ML or Data Science. You will find python more easier to learn.

Can't solve because product price is a part of the tuple. Since LIST IS MUTABLE so we can change its elements. We can change the whole tuple because it is an element of the list. As WKT TUPLE IS IMMUTABLE so we can't change its elements.

I would first recommend taking some good Linear Algebra course, you would need some intuitive understanding about concepts like linear leas squares, singular value decomposition, normal equations,etc....

Main problem statement : import a .xlsx file in python with a dataset value then after import we need to ensure that every time I enter a value in a row ; row must be added by 1 and automatically value changes to a row using python script without manually intervention . 
Use read_csv in a loop, there's no other way for this.
