You can use 'https://www.lfd.uci.edu/~gohlke/pythonlibs/', for downloading the binaries which are super easy to install in python. Just choose the numpy package and use the 'pip install' command.

You can easily install using PIP. Pip is like one package management tool in python. You can install with the syntax as pip install numpy.
