Python is an interpreted language and it determines the type of data at run time which makes it slower comparatively. Java is much faster than Python in terms of speed of execution but slower than C++. Every bit of code(variables and functions) has to be inside the class itself. Python has a huge set of libraries and modules. Code length is lesser than Java, around 1.5 times less. read less
