Build competence and confidence around facility management, programming, marketing strategies, and the business of tennis, pickleball, padel, platfform & more—this course is for professionals ready to understand what makes a racquets program thrive.

DORS COURSE 2:


Leadership, management & finances for the Racquets Leader

Build on your Course #1 foundation and tackle this advanced course for racquet sports professionals around financial planning, people management, and strategic and personal leadership skills.

All students receive 1-1 learning sessions with industry experts Doug Cash & Ajay Pant.

Successful completion of this course is the ticket to the coveted industry recognition of “Certified Director of Racquet Sports.”
