Management controller: a strategic player

The management controller plays a key role: analyzing, understanding, and improving performance. He or she monitors the activity, results, and financial balance of a given area. He or she also ensures the reliability of results by establishing and helping to define and implement corrective action plans.

 

The main missions

  • Monitoring financial performance:
    Through the analysis of financial results and performance indicators.
  • Budget development:
    Building forecast budgets and coordinating between teams.
  • Reporting and decision support:
    Preparing performance reviews and providing recommendations.

  • Technical skills : Expertise in management accounting. Ability to work with databases
  • Soft skills : Rigor and strong organizational skills. Analytical and synthesis mindset.
