This looks great. You put your tools on an 8.5 by 11 inch sheet of paper, upload a photo, then generate a Gridfinity bin. So simple!

I'm all for learning to CAD my own models, but some shortcuts are too convenient to ignore. Tooltrace.ai lets you quickly configure Gridfinity or foam shadow boxes to fit your tools with just a photo on A4 paper. So quick. So convenient.

I’ve wanted this exact tool for so long. Making cutouts manually in Tinkercad was too much work.
I have never heard of Gridfinity before, but this is exactly what I’ve been looking for.
Using a flat-bed scanner instead of a camera can make a huge difference.
I had this idea in my head — photo, contours, then OpenSCAD — but never built it. Glad someone did!
