​EXHIBIT BOOTH SET-UP:
Saturday, July 18, 2026 – 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
(This is the only time move-in is allowed.)

​​SHOW DATES & HOURS:
Sunday, July 19, 2026 – 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Monday, July 20, 2026 – 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Tuesday, July 21, 2026 – 7:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
(All exhibitors must remain set-up and show-ready until the official close of the show.)

​EXHIBIT BOOTH BREAKDOWN & MOVE-OUT:
Tuesday, July 21, 2026 – 12:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
(This is the only time move-out is allowed.)

​BOOTH PRICES:
10’ x 10’ in-line booth = $1,300
10′ x 10′ corner booth = $1,500

ALL BAYS PRICED AS LABELED ON FLOOR PLAN.

​INCLUDED WITH BOOTH PURCHASE:
In-Line & Corner Booths:

  • 8’ tall back drape & 3’ tall side drapes (black drape).
  • 6’ long skirted table, 2 chairs and waste basket (for each 100 square foot space rented).
  • Company identification sign to be placed on back drape.

Bays:

  • Above items may be provided upon request.

Submit your contract by June 1 to be featured in the exhibitor listing shared with attendees.

Ordering Booth Amenities

Freeman is our General Service Contractor, who will be assisting with move-in/move-out, shipping, carpet, furnishings, etc. For more information about ordering, please use the Service Kit link provided below.

How to Register as an Exhibitor

Now Accepting 2026 Booth Reservations!

Follow these steps to reserve your space:

  1. Choose Your Booth(s)
    View the 2026 Exhibit Hall Floor Plan (under Exhibitor Downloads below). Select from available booths shown in yellow. The floor plan is updated weekly as booths are assigned. Need a space larger than 10’x10’? Select multiple neighboring booths and the divider will be removed to create one larger space.
  2. Submit Contract & Payment
    Download the 2026 Exhibit Contract (under Exhibitor Downloads below). List your top 4 booth choices on the form, then email or mail it to THSCA with full payment.
  3. Receive Confirmation
    Booths are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis once contract and payment are received. You’ll receive confirmation and receipt by email after your booth is assigned.
