About Online Therapy
What are your fees? Do you offer sliding scale options?
Our rates vary depending on the type of service, session length, and the therapist you’re working with. We’ll be happy to discuss details with you directly.
We also offer a limited number of sliding scale spots based on financial need. If cost is a concern, reach out—we’re committed to making care as accessible as possible while supporting the sustainability of our practice.
Do you accept insurance?
We’re an out-of-network provider for all insurance plans. While we don’t bill insurance companies directly, we’re happy to provide a monthly “superbill” you can submit for potential reimbursement.

How long are sessions, and how often will I need to come to therapy?
We offer both 45-minute and 60-minute sessions (60 minutes recommended for couples). Most clients begin with weekly sessions to build momentum, then adjust over time based on need and availability—some shift to biweekly or monthly sessions.
Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all. Whether short-term or ongoing, we’ll work together to find the right pace and structure for you.
What can I expect in my first virtual therapy session?
Your first session is all about getting to know each other. We’ll explore what’s bringing you in, what you hope to get out of therapy, and whether our approach feels like a good fit. It’s also a chance to ask questions and set some goals for the work ahead.
How do I book an appointment?

What is your cancellation policy?
