Company news: Galaxy Media announces 5 promotions

Galaxy Media announced several internal leadership promotions.

Brittany Capparelli has been promoted from event marketing specialist to director of client experience. She has a strong background in event marketing and execution in the Syracuse and surrounding areas. In her new role, she will focus on strengthening client relationships and enhancing the overall experience across all Galaxy Media events and initiatives.

Alex Conn has been promoted from brand manager to chief content officer, after starting with the company as an intern 14 years ago. In his new role, he will lead content strategy and creative direction across Galaxy’s 13 radio stations.

After 16 years of service and sales leadership, Tami Grashof has been promoted to regional sales manager. Throughout her tenure, Grashof has played a key role in driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and mentoring sales teams across the region.

Nick Maine has been promoted from chief revenue officer to chief operating officer. After several years of driving revenue growth and strengthening strategic partnerships, he will now oversee company-wide operations, ensuring alignment across departments. He joined the company in 2011.

Jennifer Wells has been promoted from business manager to controller after 25 years with Galaxy Media. She has been instrumental in overseeing financial operations, improving internal processes, and supporting the company’s financial health. In her new role, she will continue to manage accounting operations, financial reporting, and fiscal strategy.
