In 2023, over 11,500 TransUnion employees globally participated in a Conscious Equity training program focused on addressing workplace bias. TransUnion identified 86 million new consumers across eight countries including Canada, Hong Kong, India, and others against a 2022 baseline. The company has secured a 12-year agreement for renewable energy from a southern Illinois solar project to power their Chicago headquarters starting in April 2025.
