Returns Policy
Customers may return unactivated Trackimo devices within 30 days for a full refund, excluding shipping and handling fees of up to $35 per item. If a device has been activated but is non-defective, the refund will exclude original shipping charges, any restocking fees, and the $60 cellular subscription fee paid during activation. Defective items will receive a free replacement unit shipped within 48 hours after contacting customer care, and refunds or RMA processing may take up to 14 days.
