Gabb sends customers a tracking number and delivery timeframe by email when orders ship. While Gabb devices can be purchased through Amazon, service activation must be done directly through Gabb.
Returns Policy
Gabb devices must be returned within 15 calendar days after receipt. If a Gabb device was purchased through Amazon's Buy with Prime, returns must be initiated through Amazon's platform.
