FeiyuTech offers a 7-day return policy without reason for products purchased through regulated channels in mainland China, and customers can receive free replacements within 15 calendar days for quality issues. Products with non-artificial malfunctions are eligible for free repairs within 1 year, but damage caused by human behavior will incur maintenance charges.
