Returns Policy
Customers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal from the date they or a third party takes possession of the goods, and they must inform CSMusiksysteme GmbH through a clear statement via mail, fax, or email. The company will refund all payments including delivery costs within fourteen days of receiving the withdrawal notice, using the same payment method as the original transaction.
