The shipping costs to the United Kingdom are €10 and €4.50 for the rest of Europe. Orders placed from the USA are shipped from Ohio, while orders from outside the USA are shipped from the Netherlands. Delivery times vary by region, with the Netherlands taking 1-3 business days, the USA 2-5 business days, and Europe 3-10 business days.
Returns Policy
Customers have 14 days from receipt of their order to request a return, and items must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund. Once a return is approved and received, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Gift cards, used items, and items returned after 14 days are not eligible for return.
