Data loss creates stress and urgency – and that’s understandable. Unfortunately, some companies offering data recovery services knowingly exploit this pressure. The pattern is predictable: before they let you try anything yourself, you hear that “any program can permanently destroy data” and that “the only safe option” is sending the drive to a lab. In many cases, this is not true. Below is an honest breakdown – when software is truly enough, and when a lab is justified.

Thank you for the corrected invoice. Thank you also for the great program. I went to a computer service technician to recover data from my disk, which had some error causing folders to delete themselves and disappear.
