Customers may return items purchased online from Stance within 30 days from the date of purchase. Online purchases may be returned through the dedicated Stance Return Portal - to start a return, click HERE
A valid proof of purchase (e.g. original receipt, email order confirmation) is required for all returns
Full & promotional priced items are eligible for return.
Subscription & Gift Cards are not eligible for return.
- Final Sale Items: Products marked as 'Final Sale' are considered non-returnable and non-exchangeable. These items cannot be returned or exchanged either in-store or online.
Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, returned merchandise must be unwashed and unworn with the original hang tags attached or in the original packaging in the case of underwear. All garments are subject to inspection.
- All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Once processed, please allow additional time for the refund to appear depending on your payment provider.

- Have your Order ID, email, and last name associated with the order ready.
- Look up the order and eligible item(s) that you would like to return and follow the steps outlined.
- The cost for a return shipping label is $5.00 and will be automatically deducted from your refund total.

Refunds are processed within around 7 days from the time the package arrives at our warehouse. Depending on your bank, please allow up to 10 days from the time the return is processed for the refund to be reflected in your account.

We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
- In-Store Purchases: Items purchased at one of our retail locations must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. In-store purchases can only be returned to a STANCE retail store and are not eligible for return through our online returns process.
- Return Condition: All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging included.

What is it?
Quality and craftsmanship are two things we take very seriously here at Stance, which is why every single one of our products comes backed by our extensive All Good Guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with your product purchased on Stance.com or from one of our authorized sellers in the United States, we will assist you with an exchange or refund. Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the All Good Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites/marketplace storefronts. If you have any questions regarding whether a seller is an authorized seller of our products, please contact us.
How does it work?
In order to receive your refund or initiate an exchange, you’ll need to reach out to our Customer Service team at info@stance.com within 90 days of purchase. Please provide your name, order number or purchase receipt, product photo and a brief description of the issue. Our Customer Service team will respond to all claims within 1-3 business days.
