Square Balloon created a watch serial number database for us. This included the make and model of the watch and nan picture, as well as a status as to whether it was lost or stolen or safe. As we already had a WordPress website they built a custom WordPress plugin to avoid us having a total website rebuild. The used the existing WooCommerce payment system that was on there. We had some teething problems due to the inexperience of the person who originally built the website but Square Balloon worked diligently to overcome these issues. If there were any issues with the bespoke software Square Balloon were on hand to listen and understand and fix the bugs. They explained things clearly in simple terms so we were all on the same page. Overall I would recommend them in the future and have already asked them to quote more work.
