Notice for California Operators with 20+ Locations

Beginning July 1, 2026, under California Senate Bill 68 (SB 68), food facilities operating 20 or more locations will be required to list the nine major food allergens—milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy, and sesame—on their menus. This disclosure must be provided either directly on the menu or in a digital format, with an alternative format available for individuals without access to technology. If your business meets this threshold, please ensure that all allergen information for each menu item is submitted to us so we can update your menus accordingly and maintain compliance.
