Powerful CRM that keeps our pipeline organized (even for a small team)

We’re a small team and used Salesforce during the free trial to manage leads, customer records, follow-ups, and deal stages. The biggest win is structure: everything is organized, dashboards and reports are easy to read, and our pipeline visibility improved immediately. Basic automation (reminders, tasks, simple workflows) also saved us a lot of repetitive work and helped the team stay aligned. The trade-off is complexity—there are many settings, so it takes some upfront time to configure fields, stages, and permissions properly. Pricing can also feel high for small teams, so I’d recommend validating your core workflow during the trial first. Overall, if you want a scalable CRM with strong reporting, Salesforce is a solid choice.
